Construction of a new 12,000m3 precast concrete water reservoir including a booster pump station, control room, electrical and control systems, pipework and civil siteworks.

Construction of large stormwater detention pond with associated outfall, swales and culverts

This project was for the removal and replacement of the inlet structure, concrete culvert and outlet structure situated between the Hikutaia Cut and Waihou River.

This contract is to construct a new bridge adjacent to an existing one-way bridge.

Design and construction of an 8,000m3 potable water storage reservoir at Mt Misery, Morrinsville. This included the design of the reservoir, earthworks to form level platform, construction of reservoir and decommissioning of existing reservoir on site.

Design / Build contract to construct 4 steel potable water reservoirs. Each reservoir consisted of a glass fused steel panel tank with a reinforced concrete slab.

This project was for the Redevelopment of Temple View. Stage 1 of the redevelopment includes the construction of a new Stake Centre building and car park, repurposing the existing Mendenhall Library building as a Church History Centre with a new car park, construction of park grounds and a small lake (Legacy Park), construction of two new access roads and upgrading of Tuhikaramea Road within the urban limits of Temple View with three new roundabouts and retaining walls.

The Te Uku windfarm project consisted of the construction of the civil infrastructure for a 64MW wind power site including the road network and turbine foundations. This project was undertaken by Hick Spartan Joint Venture which consisted of an unincorporated joint venture between Hick Bros Civil Construction and Spartan Construction.

Design / Build a 4 lane x 30m span reinforced concrete bridge on bored pile foundations, for new NZTA route, incl. 14 no. 600dia bottom driven reo concrete piles and precast Super Tee deck sections.

Drive 4,900 dia piles to a capacity of 4000kN at a depth of 30m. Construction of reinforced concrete abutments and precast wing-walls. Changeover of steel railway bridge deck during Block of Line.
